1. Acceptance

By downloading the Super Cat app or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them. (We won't be mad.)

2. The app

Super Cat is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use it on devices you own.

3. Level idea submissions

This section is important. By submitting a level idea through this site, the parent or guardian represents and agrees that:

• They are the parent or legal guardian of the child whose idea is being submitted.
• The idea is original to the child — not copied from another game, book, movie, or other source.
• The idea does not include real people's names (other than the child's first name), hateful content, frightening content unsuitable for children, or anything inappropriate for a kids' game.
• nexasol may use, adapt, modify, build upon, or decline to use the idea, at our discretion, without payment or further permission.
• If we build a level based on the idea, we may credit the child by first name (or nickname provided) inside the app.
• The parent grants nexasol a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use the submitted idea in the Super Cat app and related materials.

This isn't us trying to steal kids' ideas — it's the only way we can actually build the levels without legal complications later. We take the credit thing seriously: if we use the idea, the child's name goes on the level.

4. Removing a submission

The parent who submitted can request removal at any time by emailing privacy@nexasol.com. We will remove the submission and the credit within 7 days. Note: if a level has been released in an app update, we will remove the credit in the next update — it may take a few weeks to propagate.

5. Acceptable content

Submissions must not contain:

• Violence beyond cartoon level (no realistic weapons, gore, or graphic harm)
• Hateful, discriminatory, or harassing content
• Sexual content of any kind
• Real people's full names, addresses, or other identifying information
• Copyrighted characters or stories from other games, books, movies, or shows
• Anything else inappropriate for a children's game

We will silently discard submissions that violate these rules. (We won't shame anyone — kids dream big and that's okay. We just won't use it.)

6. Intellectual property

The Super Cat character, name, artwork, story, music, and code are owned by nexasol. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without permission.

7. Disclaimer

The app and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to make them work well, but we can't guarantee they will be error-free or available 100% of the time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, nexasol is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or website.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The current version always lives at this URL with the "Last updated" date at the top.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which nexasol is registered.
